AGECEI (pronounced age - cee) was born from the idea that inclusion and diversity issues for women in the clean energy industry are not just
“problems for women” or our burden to solve.

Diversity and inclusion impacts everyone and the acceleration of clean energy transition.

However, diversity and inclusion are both systemic challenges facing the industry. How we work together as teams and our actions as leaders makes the all difference.

As an early stage start-up we’re currently piloting practical and time compact solutions for everyone (not just women), we are targeting the key questions facing industry professionals:

1) How can I be an inclusive leader and create an inclusive and high performing team?

2) How do I navigate my career in the clean energy industry (and where do I start if I’m a seasoned professional in an adjacent, relevant industry?)

Our Programs

  • A 2hr session where leaders create their own inclusion action plan based on 360 survey results and 7 dimension of inclusion toolkit to create more inclusive teams and improve team performance

  • Aimed for women to navigate feelings of “what next?” by developing their career plans through an industry-wide lens.

    Also recommended for mid-career and senior women wanting to enter the clean energy industry and leverage their experience - get to know what it’s all about!

    This is a weekly course delivered over 4-6 weeks period (outside standard work hours with virtual or in-person options)

  • Connecting participating organisations and talent pipeline from Career Compass course - great for organisations to link with a more diverse hiring pool

  • Inject inspiration at your next corporate event and deep dive into practical solutions for improving diversity and inclusion with a powerful keynote from AGECEI
